You’ll learn:
The science and principles of milk steaming and texturing – for both dairy and dairy-free options
How to pour classic designs like hearts, tulips and rosettas – plus the take-home techniques you’ll need to master that elegant swan
This course is intended for 4 to 6 participants. If we are unable to fill the course on the scheduled day, we will either reschedule your ticket to a day you are available or provide a refund.
